Sure you can! There is no charge for the space but you can only use it during non-class/organized crop hours. We also have planned crop parties on Friday nights and, for a small fee, you can use our space with 11 other crafters and get dinner, snacks and a goodie bag. Check our Class schedule for the dates of those.
Yes. For all classes, you will need a basic class kit which consists of a paper trimmer, scissors, black marker, pencil, black ink pad, bone folder and adhesive. Some classes require extra tools or supplies, so be sure to check your class descriptions carefully so that you are prepared for class.
We do not have minimum on classes. For crops, because we need to order food, we check our attendance 24-48 hours before and if there are less than 5 people signed up to attend, we cancel. The late hours, staff and food is really only possible with 5 or more people, so again, bring a friend or two. This is really the absolute last thing we want to do.
Unfortunately sometimes we do. If we do not have a high enough attendance or an instructor is sick, we may need to cancel a class or crop. This is as upsetting to us as it is you, so we try to avoid it at all costs.
Yes, we take names for a waiting list for each class should it fill up. If anyone cancels, we then try to accommodate the people on the list in the order they signed up.
Sure, if she's 16 years or older and you are accompanying her. Anyone under the age of 16 is required to have an adult present during classes and crops. We only allow children under the age of 16 in the classroom during kids' classes. For safety reasons and the comfort of all our fellow crafters, we find that this policy works best for everyone.
CraftFancy wants you to be happy with your new purchase. Open Stock (non-packaged) merchandise is not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes but is not limited to any product that is not in a package such as papers, pens, idea books, magazines, bulk ribbon, bulk items, etc. All sales or clearance products are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. Packaged merchandise that is undamaged and unused can be returned or exchanged within 14 days for store credit, provided that the original sales receipt is returned with the merchandise. We are sorry but we cannot accept returns after or exchanges after 14 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. Custom and special orders and discounted items are non-refundable. Deposits on custom and special orders are non-refundable. Special guest instructors classes are non-refundable.
You can get a store credit if it is 48 hours or more before the scheduled class time. If it is less than 48 hours, then there will be no refund and you'll be getting a class kit. If you do need to cancel, please call as soon as possible so that we may accommodate anyone on our waiting list.

Well, my first first suggestion is to sign up for a Scrapbooking Basic Skillz class. This class will shine the light on some basic techniques and also show you some necessary tools. This is a great place for beginners. If you don't have time for the class, just ask an employee; they are always happy to show you around the store and give you a little advice. We're here to help; just ask!
